Sky Silk

The studio’s pulley system makes flying 20’x20’ silks under the skylight quick and easy. This allows you to diffuse the natural light to your preference without sacrificing any floor space as no stands are necessary.
The skylight is also equipped with a motorized shade system allowing for precise control of the natural light or complete blackout.

Blackout Shades

Go from abundant natural light to blackout in 60 seconds.
The studio’s motorized shade system allows you to shift effortlessly from a bright, daylight-filled environment to a space where you have complete control of the light

About Us

Since its inception in 2010, Go Studios Penthouse + Rooftop has established itself as one of the premier rental studios in New York City. The Penthouse features an abundance of natural light, 21’ – 15‘ high ceilings in the shooting area and a 25’x 45’ skylight equipped with blackout shades. Step outside any of three doors directly onto 3200sq.ft. of rooftop space which wraps around the studio and is included with your booking.
